Playing Golf

This luxurious resort has a private and useful golf practice area that includes a sand bunker, a driving net, some chipping mats and a 9 hole putting green with chipping bunker.

The golf practice area is available for you to use at no extra charge. To play a full round of golf, the world class course Valderrama which has been the home of the Volvo Masters in recent years is directly opposite the resort.

Stunning outside swimming pools

There are three infinity swimming pools, all set within beautifully maintained and manicured landscaped gardens, peppered with historic protected cork trees. Each swimming area has a small shallow pool for small children.  Plenty of loungers and umbrellas are available to help you relax and to keep you shaded.

Fitness Centre and Spa

Contained within the resort grounds is a fully fitted gym and 25 meter indoor pool and jacuzzi. if you feel in need of a detox there is a Turkish bath. The fitness center also boasts both an external and internal natural Solarium plus UVA. (A beauty spa is located a few minutes away from the resort). There are spacious lounging areas beside the pool where you can watch your children swim, relax or just enjoy a refreshing drink and socialise. The garden is complete with barbecue facilities and seating areas where parties can be held.

Paddle Tennis Courts                                                                                                                                     

Paddle tennis courts are provided free of charge and may be booked at the community office at the resort entrance. There are 2 conventional tennis centers within 10 minutes of the resort.

Valgrande Climate

The summers on the Costa Del Sol are hot and dry and there is very little rainfall between mid May and the end of September. Daily temperatures reach 35 C with evening lows at 15 C. The winters are mild with both clear sunny days as well as warm wet or overcast ones. Day temperatures reach 20 C with evenings about 10 C.
